Also, National Caseworks holds a Patent for a Non-Lineal Slatwall Design Fixture. This Patent means just about any shape you can desire can be turned into a slatwall fixture. This design also allows the slatwall grooves to have lighting and the fixtures can be made stationary or non-stationary.
Be the first to incorporate this design into your store design planning.

Durability and Protection: The application of edge banding protects the edges of panels from chipping, moisture, and other potential damage. This extends the lifespan of the component and keeps it looking new for longer.
Versatility in Design: Edgebanding provides flexibility in design by allowing for different colors, textures, and finishes to match or contrast with the surface material. This opens up numerous possibilities for creative and customized furniture designs.

Hot Air or Gas welding is a manual plastic welding process for joining thermoplastic materials. A hot-gas torch is used to direct hot air to both the joint surface and weld rod, heating the materials to their softening temperature. Application of pressure on the heated weld rod to the joint surface bonds the materials together to form a completed weld. This technique is not easily automatized and is primarily used for repairs or individual manufacturing needs of small or complex components.
For plastic welding in tank and container production, thermoplastic workpieces are thermally connected to one another with heat and pressure. The quality of the welding seams and successful, efficient work is greatly affected by the choice of the machines and devices used. Extrusion welders are particularly popular worldwide in equipment and container construction because users appreciate the two decisive factors – welding consistency and process safety.
When you build a tank or an enclosed system, you'll want it to hold the liquid for a long time. You can water and pressure test the container to check the welds are good. To do a water test, you have to fabricate the tank or section. Maybe a spout has been built into the tank or there are threaded holes for additional hardware/hoses. Now then, the part has to be filled with water. As the tank is filled with water, it is set aside and studied for any leaks for 24 hours.
Then after the water test, the container is completely sealed up after there are no visible water leaks, Then, a hose and all holes are closed off, we attach a pressure device with a gauge, is then secure to a spout. A predetermined pressure is then applied. The tested part will need to hold the pressure for a fixed time. If the pressure holds, you can be sure the welds are watertight and meet the customer’s expectations. If not, you must find the leak and fix the problem. This can be hard, because it is difficult to see the leak area. You might be able to see where the water comes out, but this does not automatically mean that this is the leakage point. Liquids can travel a long way when it comes to leaks.
Once the project is built to the customers standards and satisfaction, we are ready to ship. Custom Crate(s) are sometimes built to provide safe and secure transportation. Other times, custom pallets are built to protect the bottom of the project and then heavily corner guarded with metal banding and shrink wrap. We want to be sure your product gets delivered to you in the best condition possible.
We have built many sizes and many custom Water Tanks for the Fire Fighting industry vehicles. We have such tremendous respect for everyone who is involved and makes decisions that help the public in their time of need. And we want to make the products we make have no failures or complications as the products are being used.
